Rooms and cottages
Light and spacious boutique rooms and cottages with stunning views. Great supersized beds, en-suite bathroom with vegan body care products, decorated with heart and soul. Enjoy the silence of nature and unbelievable starry nights.
Subject to availability, you can choose between rooms in the main building, in one of the cottages with terrace, or in the renovated horse stables with direct access to the spa and jacuzzi.
Daily activities
Participate as much as you like in the daily activities like yoga classes, meditations, sound healings, QiGong, breathwork and more.

The activities are facilitated by our team of experienced teachers, and take place in the yoga hall and on the outside yoga platform.
Food and drinks
Our restaurant with sea-view verandas serves delicious vegetarian food with fresh biological ingredients from our orchards and local farmers. Breakfast buffet. Lunch & dinner are à la carte.
The bar serves the real-deal Italian coffee, fresh teas and refreshing drinks including mocktails, juices, non-alcoholic beer and virgin prosecco. To provide an environment where you can completely recharge, Soul Valley is alcohol free.
All food & drinks are included in your stay.
Spa
The large pool with stunning views is surrounded by lounge beds, bamboo deck chairs and umbrellas. Imagine yourself enjoying the Sardinian vibe with your book and refreshing drink.
The included spa consists of a Turkish bath, jacuzzi, Finnish and infrared sauna.
You can treat yourself to an additional relaxing massage or private session.
